Topical Antibiotic indicated for the treatment of  acne vulgaris.Aply a thin film twice a day to the affected area or as directed by the physician,It should be continued for at least 6 months.Contra indicated in individuals with a history of hypersensetivity to preparations  containing clindamycin or lincomycin , a histoy of regional enteritis or ulcerative colitis , or a history of antibiotic-associated colitis , It should be used with caution in patients receiving neuromuscular blocking agents because clindamycin have neuromuscular blocking properties and that may enhance the action of other neuromuscular blocking agents.
