Ensure hair is clean and product free, you will need a plastic bowl, brush, towel, comb, hairdryer, hair straighteners, watch, and some hair clips, Read and follow the instruction sheet carefully.

STEP 1:
Apply the Disciplining Shampoo 1, gently wash then rinse. Repeat the application a second time, Dry the hair with the hairdryer.

STEP 2:
Wear gloves and pour the Intense Straightening Cream 2 into the bowl.
Divide the hair into 4 sections. Begin the application with the two front sections before moving on to the two rear sections. With a brush, distribute the product along the entire length of the hair starting from 0.5 cm from the root. Comb the hair thoroughly, following the natural hairline, Leave in for 40 minutes.

STEP 3:
Apply the Restructuring Disciplining Mask 3. Distribute over the entire head. Leave in for 5 minutes, Rinse the hair to remove the excess product.

STEP 4:
Under the heat of the hairdryer, gently comb the hair hair will feel quite heavy, which is normal during this phase, Straighten a lock of hair at a time it should be approximately 0.5 cm in size, going over each lock 5 times. If more disciplined hair is desired, go over each lock 10 times.Ingredients:Milk proteins , Wheat proteins , Ceramides , Linseed oil.

تأكدي من نظافة الشعر ومن عدم وجود أي مستحضرات عليه.
سوف تحتاجين إلى وعاء بلاستيكي وفرشاة ومشط ومجفف شعر ومكواة شعر وساعة وبعض مشابك الشعر، ثم اقرأي ورقة التعليمات واتبعيها بعناية.

الخطوة 1:
ضعي شامبو التمليس 1 على شعرك واغسليه بلطف ثم اشطفيه وأعيدي وضعه مرة أخرى ثم جففي شعرك باستخدام مجفف الشعر.

الخطوة 2:
ارتد قفازات وصبّي كريم الفرد المكثف 2 في الوعاء.
اقسمي شعرك إلى 4 أجزاء وابدأي بوضع الكريم على الجزأين الأماميين قبل الانتقال إلى الجزأين الخلفيين. 
استخدمي فرشاة لتوزيع المنتج على طول الشعر بأكمله مع ترك مسافة 0.5 سم من الجذور. 
مشطي شعركِ بالكامل مع اتباع خط الشعر الطبيعي ثم اتركي المنتج على شعركِ لمدة 40 دقيقة.



الخطوة 3:
ضعي قناع التمليس الترميمي 3 ووزعيه على الرأس كله ثم اتركيه لمدة 5 دقائق وبعد ذلك اشطفي شعرك للتخلص من المنتج الزائد.


الخطوة 4:
مشطي شعرك بلطف ستشعرين بثقل في الشعر إلى حد ما وهذا أمر طبيعي في هذه المرحلة أسفل حرارة مجفف الشعر، وافردي خصلة واحدة كل مرة ينبغي أن يكون حجمها 0.5 سم تقريبًا أعيدي فرد كل خصلة 5 مرات، وإذا رغبتِ في الحصول على شعر أكثر تمليسًا، فأعيدي تمشيط كل خصلة 10 مرات.التحذيرات والإحتياطات:يحفظ في مكان بارد ..يحفظ بعيدا عن متناول الأطفالالمكوناتبروتينات الحليب، بروتينات القمح، السيراميد، زيت بذرة الكتان.
